Welcome to the Velocity Flight School Online Store (“Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online store and your purchase of merchandise and gift cards. By making a purchase or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Velocity Flight School operates this Store to provide apparel, accessories, and branded merchandise, as well as digital and physical gift cards. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.

2. Purchases and Payment

All prices listed are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States using standard carriers. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier availability. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of returns or exchanges.

4. Returns and Exchanges (Merchandise Only)

We want you to love your Velocity gear. Returns or exchanges are accepted in person for unworn and unused merchandise with original tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please bring your item and proof of purchase to Velocity Flight School during normal business hours.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

5. Gift Cards

Velocity Flight School gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Gift cards must be redeemed within two (2) years from the date of purchase. After that period, any remaining balance is considered forfeited. Please treat gift cards like cash — lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Age, height, weight, and citizenship restrictions may apply to flight students. Gift cards can not be refunded in case the student doesn't meet the requirements. Gift cards can be transfered to another person.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, designs, and product images, is the property of Velocity Flight School and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocity Flight School is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or purchase of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The most recent version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
